I don't know if Albert Einstein lived during a pandemic but the echo of these words certainly rings true today! While we may need to shelter-in-place...or hit the pause button on life...we MUST still keep moving! The thought of contracting a deadly virus can be overwhelming and even cause us to panic but life does not allow us to simply stop. How are you finding balance in these times of turmoil?
